3 Ingredient Protein Brownies
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (OR you can microwave). Place all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth.
-
Place the batter into 2 greased mugs or divide into 2 greased ramekins.
-
Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes (I like mine a little under-baked and gooey) OR Microwave for 90 seconds or until cooked to your liking.
-
Allow to cool for a few minutes so you do not burn your mouth! Enjoy with my protein sparing ice cream!

“Picture on the left was taken on my birthday in mid June. At that point I had been doing carnivore diet for over 1.5 years but was stalled that whole time (my cake is Kelly Hogan’s oopsie cake with added strawberries).
I was following the “eat til your comfortably full and add a stick of butter on top of that” carnivores on YouTube. I even fell for the keto person that promotes extremely high fat and extremely low protein and ended up gaining 10 more pounds!
Thank God I only did 3 weeks and I was able to lose 5 of those 10 pounds after going back to high protein. But I couldn’t lose anything after that because I was still eating too much fat for maintenance but not fat loss.
Last month I started to listen to Maria Emmerich and Craig Emmerich on lowering fat macros for fat loss and PSMF. I tried it for one month and my goodness! I lost 10 pounds in that month alone.
The pic on the right (sorry it’s blurry) is of me yesterday, 4 weeks after following the Emmerich’s macros calculator and adding 2 PSMF days per week. I’m also wearing clothes that didn’t fit me a month ago!
Thank you Maria and Craig!
