American Express premium Card Members were invited to join us for an intimate journey through the unique flavours of Aotearoa with renowned chef Ben Bayly at our American Express Restaurant of the Year, Ahi. Cuisine editor Kelli Brett led the conversation with Ben to guide guests through this extraordinary menu and give insight into the immense detail, dedication and drive needed to achieve coveted Cuisine 3-hat status at the 2024 Cuisine Good Food Awards and become Aotearoa’s most-celebrated restaurant.
