There must’ve been something wrong with the algorithm, because until I saw her book coming out I’d completely missed the craze about Brooki and her Brisbane bakery where people queue to buy cookies as they come out of the oven. In a crowd of baking books this one stands out (not just because it’s completely pink). I get it: leftover cream cheese from baking a cheesecake had me not only making the Red Velvet Cookies, but also buying more cream cheese for another batch.
