Great for an easy lunch
Next time I will use equal amounts of parm and panko. My crumbs did not stick together at all. But it was very tasty. Seriously, follow the instructions about not browning the crumbs too much prior to adding the eggs. Remember, the crumbs will get another 5 minutes of cook time.
